YourPropertyClub.com Ltd ("YPC") - YPC is the original trading company which was established in 2004. Based in London, YPC has a current client base of some 20,000 investors which is continuing to grow year on year. The profile of this investor is generally a married couple, typically between 40 and 55 years old with a combined household income of £55,000 per annum and with 91% of them being homeowners with an average of £65,000 available equity within the family home.
YPC Lettings Ltd ("YPCL") - YPCL provides property management services to clients nationally and is based at the head office in London. YPCL aims to have over £100 million of residential property managed nationally by the end of 2010.
YPC Property Ltd ("YPCP") - YPCP is the research and acquisition arm of the YPC Group and provides property sourcing services to YPC and wholesale property to the wider residential investment industry. YPCP is based at the London office.
